Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question you would like to ask and the answer can not be found below, please contact me with your enquiry and I will be happy to assist you.


Q1. Can i have any design I want on a pendant?

Answer:  Yes, when ordering your item through my shop, add the details of the symbol you would like in the comments box at checkout


Q2. Can I order a wall plaque or other item from you as a commissioned item?

Answer:  Yes, simply use the contact me page to send me an email with your request.  I will contact you for further details and will be happy to confirm a price and anticipated time scale for your item to be ready for dispatch.


Q3. Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

Answer:  Yes, I would however be grateful if you could advise me by email ( why you are not happy with your item/s prior to posting them back to me.  You will need to make sure the item is packaged safely when returning it and I will be happy to refund your postage costs once a receipt for them has been received.


Q4.  Do you post overseas?

Answer:  Yes, I will be happy to ship overseas however, the prices on my website are based on shipping to UK customers only. There will be an extra charge for overseas customers and I am happy to provide a quote upon request.

Terms and conditions 

Payment Options

Payments are to be made by PayPal unless I have authorized a different method by email.

Other options available upon authorization are un-crossed postal orders, cheques or cash on collection.

Shipping, commissions, cancelations, Returns and damaged items. I  operate inline with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2014.  


Commissioned Items

Any items made to order will not require payment until an email has been received back from the approval pictures sent.

I would however appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel any commissioned items if not shipped ( I will always send approval pictures prior to invoicing for any item and will dispatch once full payment has been received) followed by an email confirming items have been dispatched with a reference number or tracking number.

If you are not happy with the product once receive, I would be grateful if you could contact me within 7 days to advise your dissatisfaction so arrangements can be made for the items to be returned.


Returning Items.

If any items are to be returned, the consumer will be responsible to package the item correctly so as to prevent any damage in transit and returned to:-

Postal Services

I will use either Royal Mail for smaller items and larger items will be sent by courier.
main courier services I use are Collect+ and Hermes.

Items will be sent either 2nd class (Royal Mail) or 72hrs service via courier (Collect+, Hermes)

If you wish to collect your items, I would be grateful if you could advise me by email so I can confirm a suitable time and date for both customer and myself.



All items are subject to postage and the prices shown do not include this cost.

(overseas customers will need to be aware that there will be an extra charge for postage and they will need to contact me for a price)
